UK wallcovering standard shipping cost is a fixed rate of £15.00 per delivery. We dispatch items as soon as we can but please allow 5-7 working days for UK deliveries on items that are in stock and with standard shipping.
UK fine art print shipping cost is a fixed rate of £7.50 per delivery. All fine art prints are printed to order, please allow 4 – 6 days for dispatch. If you require express delivery please let us know, email@example.com, and we will do our best to accommodate.
UK sample and swatch delivery is provided by Royal Mail and will arrive within 3-5 working dates. There is free delivery on all samples and collection swatches.
We ship all over UK mainland. Shipping to Ireland and Europe will be quoted for individually, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order request and we will get back to you with a shipping quote.
Parcel updates can be requested from email@example.com. If you require your delivery sooner please contact firstname.lastname@example.org, quoting your order number, and our team will be happy to help.
If you wish to cancel your order then please contact email@example.com or call 01342 810357 as soon as possible. If your order has already been processed then you will have to use our returns policy below.

Items printed to order are not subject to returns. Any product printed to order for you will be non-returnable. We recommend ordering a sample of the product you require before ordering the rolls to get an accurate colour representation of the product. As this item is printed to order please ensure you are ordering enough rolls to satisfy the area you are wallpapering as additional rolls will be printed at a different time and colour variances may occur.
If the item is faulty, or we have made an error in the order, then please contact us with your order number and we will arrange for a replacement and a collection of the item.
For all items on the website which aren’t print to order, if you simply decide you no longer want the item then we are happy to accept it back as long as the item is in it’s original packaging, in a sellable condition and we are contacted within 30 days of the purchase. It is your responsibility to arrange the return of the items to Elizabeth Ockford Ltd, Unit C3 Horsted Keynes Industrial Estate, Cinder Hill Lane, Haywards Heath, West Sussex, RH17 7BA.
