Frequently Asked Questions

We accept most major credit and debit cards including Mastercard, American Express and Visa.
We also offer the option to pay via Paypal through our website.

We currently only offer shipping to the United Kingdom through our website.
However if you reside in Europe, and you are interested in our product, please feel free to email us on enquiries@elizabethockford.com with details of the product you would like and the shipping address. We will investigate if the order is viable and reply within 1 – 3 business days. We can also refer you to a local retailer.

We charge VAT on all of our wallcovering rolls and samples.
The product costs on our website include VAT and once the product has been added to the shopping basket you will be able to see the breakdown of the VAT charge.

We charge a flat fee of £10.50 for orders under £150. All orders over £150 are free delivery.
The delivery charge is free for samples.

At Elizabeth Ockford Ltd we offer a 4 day lead time on all of our wallcovering roll orders. We dispatch our orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays each week. 
This service is provided by Streetwise couriers. Parcel updates can be requested from enquiries@elizabethockford.com.

If you require your delivery sooner please contact enquiries@elizabethockford.com, quoting your order number, and our team will be happy to help.

You will be given a trade log in for the website, making all of the trade prices easily accessible. 

Yes, within 30 days, and if they are returned wrapped and in a sellable condition.

Although we take care to make sure the colours shown online are as close as possible to the wallcoverings, it is not always possible to get an exact colour match. Differences occur due to variances in computer screen display settings.
We strongly recommend ordering a sample of the wallcovering you require before ordering the rolls to get a more accurate colour representation of the wallcoverings.

We will advise you of when we expect the product to be back in stock. We can also offer help in selecting a similar product if you don’t wish to wait.

That will depend on stock levels of the batch you require – please email enquiries@elizabethockford.com stating which batch you require and the reference and we will be happy to have a look for you.

The repeat size refers to the height of the repeating motif on the wallcovering.
There are three different types of pattern match –

Straight Match: Where the pattern repeats straight across the wall, the pattern is positioned at the same place at each edge.


Half Drop Match: Where the repeat is dropped down one half of the repeat size every other horizontal drop. The design will repeat itself on the diagonal across the wall.


No Match: Where the pattern doesn’t repeat across the wall. This wallcovering can be hung at any point on each edge.
